• When I see the list of lenders that match my profile does that mean those lenders will lend to me?
    Not necessarily. However, when there is a profile match it means that that based on the answers you have given in your application that lender is prepared to accept a formal application from you. You should be aware that the conditional approval advice provided by Find- A-Lender is not an offer to lend and that it should should not be relied upon in any way. In all cases lending criteria is set and determined by individual lenders and may vary from time to time without notice.

    No. Because lending criteria including loan serviceability can vary from lender to lender and product to product the lenders you select will assess your capacity to service their loans. The results from the calculators on this site should be taken as indicative only and not relied upon.

    The moment you select your preferred loan product and click submit, your contact details will be sent straight through to that lender/broker. They will then make contact with you and arrange for the lodgment of your formal loan application. Back to top
