Find-A-Lender does not assess your capacity to repay the loan, the lender/broker you choose will do that using their own formulae as part of their formal application process.
You should be aware that the conditional approval advice provided by Find-A-Lender is not an offer to lend and that it should should not be relied upon in any way. In all cases lending criteria is set and determined by individual lenders and may vary from time to time without notice.
By submitting an application with Find-A-Lender you agree to the terms and conditions of use associated with Find-a-Lender.
Find-a-Lender do not conduct credit checks on any applicants. However, borrowers should be aware that most lenders will conduct individual credit checks as part of their formal loan application process.
In using Find-a-Lender you acknowledge that your loan application and contact details will be provided by email to any lender you select and that those lenders will contact you regarding the lodgment of a formal loan application with them.
In some cases references to lenders may also mean brokers.
In completing your loan application you agree to be honest and transparent in all the information provided and to provide any information relevant to your application or your personal or financial circumstance.
The application process is anonymous until you decide to proceed with a loan.

Not mortgage brokers
Find-a-Lender are not mortgage brokers nor are Find-a-Lender paid a commission, settlement fee or trailing commission by any lender associated with this site.
